Kick Your Skills Up a Notch—Project Risk Management
We have all experienced the painful feeling in our gut when something has gone wrong, something we should and could have anticipated, something that might have been avoided if only we had adequately planned for it. Project Risk management is a systematic approach to identifying, planning for, and responding to risks. Properly done, risk management can help us sail past the inevitable setbacks every project has. Improperly done, we either get blindsided or overburden ourselves with too many backup plans. This presentation will explore how to develop and implement risk management best practices in your projects—”including calculating the possible impact of risks, and the cost of managing them.
