DiSC® For Managers - A Behavioral Model

Marilyn Stanton takes us through Everything DiSC® Management.  DiSC® is the behavioral model based on the work of William Moulton Marston Ph.D, the father of behavioral science.   You will gain insight into your own style as well as recognize and understand the styles of the people you manage.   This will allow you to manage more effectively and bring out the best in each employee.


As an attendee in this high level introduction to DiSC, you will:

Marilyn Stanton, B.Educ, MSOD  is Managing Partner of Illuminated Consulting LLC www.illuminatedconsulting.com , an organization development consulting firm based in San Francisco. She consults to global organizations in the manufacturing, bio and high tech, consumer goods, and energy sectors pursuing strategic change, business alignment, and operational effectiveness with an emphasis on the people and process of change. Services include customized consulting in change implementation, organization design, leadership development including global competencies, and team optimization solutions across cultures.

Marilyn lived and worked for over 16 years in Arabian Gulf, Africa, and Australia giving her a strong grounding and understanding of global business issues. She has been an adjunct faculty member at a number of colleges in Canada, United Arab Emirates, as well as at USF.
