Website updates 2012-11

Prompted by new module maintenance, Your website admin has performed some cleanup on the website - removed some stale notices from the front page, removed unused content types and killed unused modules that were installed while experimenting for payments solution. Changes will be mostly noticed by the board members: now there are fewer content types to choose from, and types that should not be used for regular pages (ones that are used internally by the website engine) is clearly marked as "zero use" and "DO NOT USE". Should make your life easier.
